Description: The Er: bium Glass Fractional Laser Skin Reconstruction System uses a 1550nm wavelength fiber laser and installs a CPG which is arranged in matrix scanning output, emitting 40um- 1200um spot through the CPG lens.
This targets the water in the dermis, forming a matrix- like hole ( 0.04- 0.12mm) around the penetrated focal spot.
The penetration depth of these small spots is about 2mm ( depth is related with solar elastic fibrotic maximum depth) .
At this point the normal tissue along the holes generates a heat bridge which triggers wound rehabilitation and thermal effects between scarfskin and dermal tissue, These are the inflammation; proliferation; and remodeling phases.
