The institute is a high-tech enterprise in researching, developing and producing auto-control bioreactor (fermenter), auto-control phototroph bioreactor, quartz glass reactors, microalgae production equipment, Photosynthetic Bacteria and Engineering microalgae(Haematococcus pluvialis, Chlorella, Dunaliella salina and so on), which is also one of the early few early engaged in research and development of marine biological engineering technology professional enterprises in China and awarded the title of high-tech enterprise of Shandong Province.

The institute owns solid technical force and equipment manufacturing base.

The institute can produce big, in, small fermentor, the maximum volume is up to 10m3 - The development and experimental test of the microalgae and the product depends on the Biotechnology Laboratory of Ocean University of China and Yantai University.

GBR series auto-controlled bioreactor(volume 2-500L) has been already appraised by the experts of Shandong Science and Technology Commission.

Automatic phototroph bioreactor of fully transparent closed runway has been used in pilot and production scale.

Stirring system

Top mechanical stirring system , aseptic mechanical seal system;

DC stirring motor, easy assembly and disassembly, convenient SIP;
