Notice for CCIC Certificate Application

What required for China CCIC pre shipment Inspection Certificate:

1, AQSIQ License 2, U KEY 3, Port 4, Weight 5, Contact info 6, Scarp type 7, more.

The process of requiring your CCIC certificate:

1 - Hand in the application form properly filled in SEVEN WORKING DAYS at least before loading.

Please send the application online through to notify us of the exact date / time / contact person / location/ and other contact information.

Note: Please make sure that one application N° is only for one CCIC certificate.

For any modification in this application, please do it by yourself.

If you can’t amend this application, please complete once more a new application in PSI Electronic System, but the previous application N° and the reasons should be marked in the remark.

2 - In seven working days after receiving your application in PSI Electrnic System, in case of travelling fee is necessary, we need your acception in writen before our inspectors' departure for your inspection with your assistance ( offering guide or assist our inspector to get the VISA if the loading site is out of Schengen countries) .

3 - You can load containers under our permission and take photos of loading process, email the photos with the MODEL ELECTRONIC SYSTEM within container no.

and seal no.

, the signed Letter of Guarantee and the other documents we required.

4 - After collecting all documents, we make draft of certificate ( SAMPLE) for your checking.

5 - You confirm for no mistakes by fax or email, or ask for modification.

Note? : Please use the application N° for confirmation.

6 - After we get the conformation we will send original certificate to the address as your request.
