    Our products are main used in follow fields:

    1.Industry Waste water Treatment

    Due to different conditions of industrial wastewater, we cannot guarantee which batch would be the most befitting. In certain area like textile industry, the property changes a lot because of which the best option should depend on the test results from lab testing and pilot plant.Usually combined utilization of two or even three of our series may perform the best especially in the case that pigmentum cannot coagulate and needs pre-treatment with flocculants. Generally waste water after biological treatment would be dealed with single one cationic coagulant for expected effect. Relevant pre-treatmentis necessary in case that high BOD, COD, oil and pigmentum are found in the waste water,Sludge needs further dehydration which can be done with one single polymer after final concentration and cationic coagulants could be perfection.It is common that pigmentum will be removed from waste water from dyeing industry and printing industry.

    2.Municipal sewage

    Our products can be used in all solid-liquid separation processes in municipal (or sewage) waste water treatment. Examples as follows:
    Primary sewage treatment.

    Often the use of an anionic polymer in combination with an inorganic/organic coagulant can reduce the bio logical loading on the secondary treatment. Additionally by accelerating settlement rates in the primary clarifies the size of the clarifier can be reduced, resulting in a significant capital saving.

    Activated sludge treatment. Product choice is entirely depended on the application although typically a medium to high charge cationic polymers is required.

    Digested Sludge Treatment. Usually cationic polymer with high electric quantity performs better while the choice of molecular weight depends on solid-liquid separation method. We may assist our customer to choose appropriate products regarding performance of dehydrator.

    The Sugar Industry

    Sugar is produced by processing both sugar beet and cane, and with the different processing methods. Basically the process involves the following steps:
    Extraction of the cane juice by milling or diffusion, clarification of the sugar juice, concentration of the juice to syrup by evaporation,
    crystallisation of sugar from the syrup, and finally separation and drying of the sugar crystals.

    The clarification stage is where the use of a flocculant is required. Mixed juice from the extraction mills or diffuser is purified by addition of heat, slaked lime, and a flocculant. The slaked lime is a suspension of calcium hydroxide, often in a sucrose solution, which forms a calcium saccharate compound.

    The heat and lime kills off any enzymes in the juice and increases the pH from the 5 - 6.5 to a neutral value. Control of pH is important through out the sugar manufacturing process because sucrose inverts or hydrolyses, to its components glucose and fructose at acidic pH , and all three sugars decompose quickly at pH over 11.

    After heating about from 99 to 105Â C, the neutralised juice is treated with other types NUOERFLOC series polymers and pumped to a clarification vesselwhere the mud settles and the clarified liquor overflows. Clarified juice is pumped to the evaporation stage for further processing
