    Processing:

    1 - fist separation: Choose excellent down material, adopt most advanced down washing technology and

    washed equipments.

    2 - dedusting: The raw materials are washed with detergent for at least one hour and cleaned with

    water for at least one hour,

    3 - dehydrating: for 30 minutes.

    4 - tumble dry : dried in drying machine at temperature 120C for no less than 30 minutes.

    5 - cooling : cooling 6 minutes.

    6 - final separation: collect different class feather and down through five box points wool machine.

    7 - packing: compressed bale by packing machine.
