Call Queue

Incoming callers can be held in a queue while they listen to a customizable recorded message. The caller can be sent to voicemail or redirected to another extension if no one picks up

Auto Attendant with Interactive Voice Response

VoiceXML v2 is an XML-based language (eXtensible Markup Language) created to develop speech user interfaces for telephone users. It engages users through pre-recorded or synthesized audio prompts.

Call Hold

Keeps one line 'off hook' and connected while the user makes or receives a call on another line. The user can take the original part off hold and resume the conversation.

Signals a recipient that he has an incoming call on an engaged line and allows him to hold his current call, in favor of taking the second one and then switching back to his original caller.

Calls can be receives via E1/T1 interface. It is also an IP router and SIP Gateway in one package. The solution supports up to 192 total IP phone ports that can be local extensions. There is a built-in E1/T1 port for connection to the PSTN or legacy phone switches. With a built-in QoS router, LAN and voice traffic can be routed to the Internet or intranet. The solution incorporates a stateful inspection firewall, NAT, DHCP client and server, VPN, and web browser for configuration. In addition, it has voicemail, T.38 fax support, and IPSec VPN. The standard capacity of is 32 IP phone ports and 2 FXS phone ports. License keys in groups of 32 and 64 IP phone ports can be incrementally purchased to maximum of 192 IP phone ports and 2 FXS analog ports.

Router is used as to allow extended voicemail (VoiceMail). This function supports voice message saving, converting and sending via E-mail to subscriber. As result, no phone required to check voice messages. Voice call can be automatically converted for different voice codec’s. It also supports SIP and H.323, different type of subscribers can be supported.

Station gateway is used to convert incoming voice traffic from PSTN (public switched telephone network) into data packets for transmission over the Ethernet. With high port densities, it will provide a low cost of ownership, convenience and great savings for Call Center in the same time allowing long-distance and international business calls.
