Zealous series concrete mixing truck is designed by Zealous machinery after they absorbed the advanced technology from China and abroad.

This product mainly applies to the long distance transportation of concrete mix, it can effectively slow down the concrete mix’s initial set and prevent the concrete layering and segregating, to ensure the construction’s quality and speed.

Zealous series concrete truck has these types such as 3m³, 4m³, 6m³, 8m³, 14m³, and 16m³, it can match with any concrete truck’s special chassis from China and abroad if customer need.

Mixing drum’s driving system used American or Germany’s close loop hydraulic pump, motor, reduction gear, matched hydraulic accessory such as oil tank, radiator, filter and rubber coupling are all imported from abroad, ensure the hydraulic system have long service life.

Mixing drum and several couple spiral blade all adopt the B520JJ dedicated special fine- grain, wear- resistant steel which produced by Shanghai Baosteel Group.

Stick wear- resistant steel on the parts which contact with beton like feed hopper, discharge hopper chute and so on, making this product have a super long service life.

Setting several mixing arms, at the same reasonable lay out square hole and round hole on the mixing blade, making the mixing drum realization the real three- dimensional mixing work, discharging residual rate almost zero and prevent the concrete layering and segregating.

The mobile discharge hopper chute can be locked in different place, realize it can discharge from different direction and the whole truck used slot blasting process.

Working principle

Concrete mixing truck is composed of motor- vehicle chassis and transportation isolated plant.

Concrete mixing truck’s chassis of our country are often used the YAT general chassis which produced by vehicle manufacturer.

The dedicated organization mainly include power takeoff, mixing drum’s holder, reduction gear, hydraulic system, mixing drum, control mechanism, cleaning system and so on.

1 - Hydraulic system: taking out power through the power takeoff, transform power to hydraulic energy ( displacement and pressure) , and export mechanical energy through motor ( rotate speed and torque) , then provide power for mixing drum.

2 - Reduction gear: reduce the rotate speed which export by hydraulic system’s motor and send to mixing drum.

3 - control mechanism: control mixing drum’s direction of rotation, corotation is feeding, inversion is discharging; control mixing drum’s rotate speed.

4 - Mixing system: composed of mixing drum and auxiliary part.

5 - Cleaning system: the main function is cleaning the mixing drum, also is used in mixing drier in transit, and it is always cooling hydraulic system.
