EAGER-A13 cement pavement crack sealing machine is mainly used for sealing and filling flex joints and working joints in the cement road pavement.

It combines heating, preserving, pressure, output functions to a unit, with compact and flexible design to meet the overall requirements of sealing cement road.

1, Thermostat control system can set up and control heating temperature automatically, without easy aging, so that the material maintains at a constant temperature.

2, Material pump and pipe are equipped with heating device, avoiding material condensation at low-temperature environment effectively.

3, Pressure injection sealing provides complete effect, by filling the gap from the bottom through material pump.

4, After the sealing speed is adjusted with proper walking speed, the equipment will be able to move by itself with hand push, to achieve the effect of intelligent construction.

Working Principle

The equipment inside is installed with the electric heating board, heat preserving board and pipe.

Electric heating Board is responsible for heating materials, and heat preserving board keeps the material melted.

The material is pumped out by material pump through pipe to seal the joints.

The operator can adjust the moving speed, consistent with the flow, to the effect of intelligent sealing.
