High bonding strength and good electrical performance between metal and ceramic can be repeated welding.
Metal layer thickness is adjustable in 1 mu m - 1 mm.
L/S resolution can reach 10μm, which can realize sealing plating directly, form double-sided substrate, and provide customized, high density PCB solutions for customers.
