YB3 Series explosion- proof three phase asynchronous motor adopts fully sealed, fan- cooled, squirrel- cage structure which has features of high efficiency, low noise, small vibration, high stall torque, reliable operation and beautiful appearance.

The energy saving level of YB3 motor is higher than GB18613- 2012 standard IE3, and near to standard IE2 - It is a new type of explosion- proof motor that is being strongly promoted by our government.

YB3 motor is in line with GB3836.1- 2010 ( Explosive Atmosphere Part one: Equipment General Requirement) and GB3836.2- 2010( Explosive Atmosphere- Part two: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures “d”) .

The marks of explosion- proof are EXdⅠ Mb, EXdⅡ AT4 Gb, EXdⅡ BT4 Gb; protection class is IP55, cooling method is IC411, insulation class is F, work way is S1 - Voltage can be 380V, 660V, 1140V and 380V/ 660V, 660V/ 1140V.

YB3 motor is mainly used in the explosive danger environment such as oil field, chemical industry, tunnel construction etc.

The mounting dimensions and explosion- proof performance of YB3series motor is in accordance with IEC standard, and can be exported to countries that carry out IEC standard, and applied to many equipments.
