Soft Starter For Protecting Motor - China

Soft starter is designed for use with standard 3-phase squirrel cage motors.

It provides an advanced

method of reducing current during motor starting and stopping.

A maximum start-up current is specified with the Gozuk Soft Starter.

It is not exceeded at any point during the machine start-up.

As the current and the torque are directly dependent on one another, the start-up current can be set at a minimum.

Given the low peak load, this brings about important advantages which make the motor windings last much longer:

Soft Start and Soft Stop Ramp adjustable on front unit

Voltage Start value adjustable on front unit

Current Limit setting available on front unit

Software to eliminate the motor speed oscillations

Electronic Overload relay for Normal or Heavy Start

Internal By Pass Relay on control board up to 100A.

Over 100 A relay output to energize Bypass contactor

It’s also possible to don’t use bypass contactor and to work in continuos mode using just thyristors.
