You should close the inlet valve, drain valve and valve a1, a2, a3

Close the kettle cover device, shake speed reducer and turn the pot cover to make the kettle body flange completely meshing teeth, besides turn the safety handle to horizontal position to lock the kettle cover.

Open the valve a1 and a3 to bubble into main steam to seal pot cover face.

Open the inlet valve until to reach working pressure, then open the valve a2 and close valve a3, rely on the steam within kettle body to seal itself

After the autoclaved has been completed, we should open the drain valve, only when the pressure gauge indication is zero, the safety handle allow to rotate vertical position, the rest gas in the kettle excluded by a ball valve.

Then shake speed reducer, when the kettle cover flange junction rotate to meshing steps, we should slow down as far as possible until the concave tooth and the kettle body flange stop running.

The kettle cover face has been apart with the seal ring, we will back kettle cover to the inside kettle body.

In the process of the kettle lid opening , the operator should be located in the kettle cover on the right side, no one shall be located at the front of kettle lid.

We should be slow when switch kettle cover and car in and out of the kettle body to avid break the kettle body.

In the process of booster and regulator pressure, we should constantly monitor the condensed water, when the water level of kettle body become low and close the water level alarm, the automatic displacement of water device is not enough, we need to open the drain valve to drainage manually.

When the temperature distance reach to 40 DHS between the upper and lower wall, we also need to strengthen the drainage.
