the above two machines can overlay and glaze the magnesium oxide board and ordindry wood board The Glue spreading-overlaying-dayi ng Machine can overlay wood-grain paper, PVC film .
The Glazing Machine will glaze the overlaied board with wood-grain paper, and make the board with bright light or dull light .
The above processing will replace former painting working processing .
(because the wood-grain paper is not wearable and it has no gloss degree).
Technoloy features
There is not any requirement about high temperature and high pressure during production processing .
the boarad will be formed at one time after roller-extruding under the conditions of normal temperation and normal pressure .
this is a green environmental-protection project, because that there is no waste water, waste materials and waste gas during its production processing .
the finised board don’t need high temperature drying, air-drying and watering, and under the normal temperature, they will dry well indoor .
