PWM AC voltage- regulating power supply for polycrystalline ingot furnace is a three- phase PWM AC voltage- regulating power supply which is specially designed for solar polycrystalline silicon ingot furnaces.

As a three- phase AC voltage- regulating controller with sinusoidal voltage waveform, it adopts high- precision power closed- loop control and realizes the adjustable output voltage magnitude at the secondary side of the load- matching transformer by the voltage regulation of the three- phase PWM AC controller at the primary side of the load- matching transformer.

With multiple given control signal selections and isolated conversion & output of output voltage, current and power at the secondary side of the load- matching transformer, it is convenient for the communication of PLC and the host computer, which facilitates the remote monitoring.

In the entire work process, the power factor of the power supply is higher than 0.96, the total harmonic distortion of current THDI is less than 6% and the conversion efficiency of the power supply is more than 0.98 - Under the condition that no any power factor compensation and harmonic wave absorption apparatus is attached, the power factor and harmonic wave have met the standard requirements of the State Grid, so it is really a new generation of ideal green power supply substituting for three- phase SCR voltage regulator.

1 - It adopts cabinet- type integrated design.

2 - Constant power closed- loop control.

3 - It has an automatic current- limiting function, when the output current is equal to or greater than 1.1 times of the rated current, the current will be limited.

4 - It has soft start and soft turn- off functions.

5 - The constant power precision is above 0.2% and the system resolution ratio is higher than 0.5‰.

6 - It is equipped with a LED numeral display tube, which is convenient for setting various functional parameters and displaying electrical parameters.

7 - It has phase- deficient, overcurrent, overheating, load disconnection and three- phase unbalance protection functions.

8 - Automatic phase- sequence confirmation function.

9 - Fault self- diagnosis function.

10 - PF≥ 0.98, THDI≤ 6% and η ≥ 0.96.

11 - Isolated conversion & output standard signals of output voltage, current and power.

12 - With RS485 communication interface and MODEBUS communication protocol, it can communicate with PLC and the host computer, which is convenient for remote monitoring.
