Conveying principle: When En masse conveyor is conveying the material in

horizontal, the material received the function from the scraper chain

pressure in the direction of movement and itself wieight, it produce the

internal friction among the materials.

The internal friction ensure a

steady state between material layer, it is enough to overcome the

external friction from which material move in the chute, so it makes the

material form a continuous and whole flowing to be transported.

Features: MZ series enmasse conveyor is the type of special decoration form conveyor, it constitutes with the bottom of level segment, the center of perpendicular segment, the top rotary paragraph, and level segment.

The top rotary paragraph turn the perpendicular transport conversion to level, there is supoorting wheel, guide wheel and hopper.

The supporting wheel and guide wheel are used to transform the direction of the chain scraper.

This series of conveyor have their reasonable layout basis the change of craft position and geography.

Single equipment conveying height is not more than 20 meters, length of upside level part is not more than 30 meters.
