By realizing the automation of the brazing process,
controlling the speed of the conveyor and the brazing fire,
controlling the brazing time and gas flow effectively, the
brazing temperature and the brazing pool shape are
controlled, so that the stability and the consistency of the
brazing quality can be ensured.

Flow rate of oxygen and fuel gas regulated by mass flow
controller digitally to make sure stable flow rate, stable
working and fine mixture.

Fuel gas pipelines are controlled by piloted pneumatic
valve.
The whole pneumatic system is separated with the
electrical system to avoid the danger of electrical light.
The fuel gas and oxygen gas pipelines have been done leak
proof test and provided with flash- back arrestor.
