1 - FSW process is realized through material thermo-plasticized,

with high consistency of weld performance, without any

deformation that happened in fusion welding, such as crack,

hole, inclusion, etc.

2 - Utilizing automatic machinery, avoid relying on operation skill, achieving full-position automatic welding.

3 - No need pre-treatment of the oxidized surface of aluminum alloy before welding, without filler and protection gas during welding process.

4 - During welding process, no fume, spatter, ultraviolet and electromagnetic radiation produced, realizing environmentally welding.

5 - Low residual stress of weld seam, high weld strength which is close to base metal, improving the weld reliability.

  The enterprise is authorized to use the FSW equipment manufacturing patent of TWI, and serials of FSW equipments have been successfully developed, with maximum welding size of 12000mm*5000mm, thickness ranging from 1mm to 150mm, and welding materials including aluminum alloy, copper alloy and magnesium alloy.
  
  Furthermore, some new technique, such as the parallel mechanism and tool pin withdrawal technique, is applied into FSW equipment development.
  
  Professional FSW equipments are supplied to several companies of different industry, including aviation, aerospace, rail transit, shipping and electricity.
  
  We started the development of FSSW equipments since 2009 by the success in developing the first FSSW equipment in China, which was subsequently exhibited in Beijing Essen Welding show.
