Floatation separation is mainly used for the copper ore beneficiation.

Simple CuS2 ore is very easy to concentrate.

There are several differences between the milling--floatation.

And here we will introduce a flow sheet.

The flow sheet of milling--floatation separation--coarse re-milling is the one to separate the simple copper and Cu-Mo ore that is used most commonly.

According to the nature of the copper ore, after the first-phrase milling, 40-70% of the ore will be about 200 meshes.

Lots of tailings will be removed after the coarse separation & scavenging.

The coarse concentrate will be remilling and the final copper concentrate will be gained after two or three election.

For the first-step tailings can be deserted after the scavenging or back to the floatation recycling after concentrating again.

And when the raw ore is of low grade, and large treatment capacity, the factory can achieve much profit.

Besides, for the multi-milling, the copper and the pyrite can be easy to be liberated, so the concentrate from the floatation can be very good.

The Dexing beneficiation factory has proved its reasonability of this flow sheet.
