The machines can feed and rough screen materials into the production
line with chunk and granulate materials from storage silos continuously.
It widely used in metallurgy, building materials, coal, mineral
processing industries.
Operating Principle
Vibrating feeder consists of feeding frame, springs, vibrator, vibrating motor frame and motors.
The vibrator comprised two fixed eccentric motors; the motors will generate powerful vibration and make whole machinery start vibrate after wired up, the materials will moving straight forward by the driven of vibration and gravity.
The smaller materials will be fall down after pass through the screen bars, avoid further crushing.
In this case, feeder saves energy cost.
