Technical features: Strong welded construction with powder coating paint.
Stainless steel components and tanks for all water applications.
80MM rubberized vulcanized and rectified conveyor rollers.
Loading section:
Loading section equipped with stainless steel water tank and two high pressure spraying pipes.
There’s also a separate spraying water tank.
Lower part of the rollers dipped in water so scraps and dirt can be reduced before entering washing section.
This can avoid scratches on glass or rollers.
Washing and drying sections can be lifted 450mm automatically for cleaning and maintenance.
Multi-stage drying by three pairs of high performance air knives, ss and aluminum structure improve drying efficiency.
Blower packed with muffle cotton can largely minimize the noise.
There’s a platform and guard rails near the blower box for easy daily maintaince.
Conveyor device: Bevel gear is adopted for steady and synchronous transmission.
Economical water circulation systems, a quick connector between the water tank and pump which can take down when cleaning.
Motors, blower, pump, transmission, lighting, up/down can be controlled by electric panel.
Inverter for conveyor rollers rotation drive with digital display for speed, glass thickness and up/down distance.
