It is used to slit the raw coils into required width after the process along with uncoiling, pre-leveling, end-shearing, slitting and recoiling.

This series of production line is featured in reasonable layout, automatic design, easy operation, high production efficiency and available for various materials, such as CR coil, galvanized coil, stainless coil, aluminum coil, all sorts of electroplated and coated coil.

High Speed Slitting Line consists of loading cart, un-coiler, slitter, scraper winder, end-shearer, tension controller and re-coiler, etc.

Meanwhile, between each equipment, there are setting loop bridge, pinch device and deviation corrector to keep the precision and stabilization.
