HALAL FOOD GELATIN (The first halal food gelatin produced in the Turkey)

First Halal Food Gelatin of Turkey is produced carefully according to

European Union Food Norms which its accountability has been provided by

special computer programs in a factory which has 25.000 m² total and

9.500 m² indoor space.

HALAL PRODUCT Halal Gelatin, is produced in

Turkey from cattle hides which has been cut in accordance with Islamic

rules as A type and B type.

A type indicates that the raw material has

been pretreated with acid and B type indicates that raw material has

been pretreated with lime.

Helal Gelatin is produced in Turkey without

human touch and in accordance with EU norms, EC no853/2004 and EC

No2073/2005 Legislations.

The productions begins with pretreatment of

the raw material after cutting process.

After the ripening period, raw

materials are washed, boiled, filtered on 3 different filters,

sterilized.

Sterilization is performed with UHT technique which has been

obligated by EU norms.

Sterilized gelatin is conveyed to drying and

after the drying process, It is stocked as intermediate product.

SENSE OF QUALITY

*Halal Gelatin which is produced in Turkey, is tested in many phase of the production, with standard procedures which has been accepted and approved by the world.

*The test methods which is used in factor laboratories, are approved methods.

*Laboratory Tests which starts during the production, is also performed for intermediate and end products.

*The products which has been approved after the tests which has been performed in physical, chemical and microbiology laboratories, is conveyed to customers.
