Application:

The agitating flotation machine is a advanced Mineral processing equipment, which using slurry vertical cycle and air blower to press into the low pressure air for flotation.

Also it is used in non-ferrous metal and non-metallic minerals selection

Working Principle:

As the spin of the impeller, the ore pulp from all around of the trough was attracted from the bottom to the impeller blades, meanwhile, low pressure air produced by air blower enter here through hollow shaft and air distributor.

With ore pulp and air mixing well in the blades, and discharging from the upper part of the impeller, they go to the whole trough through stator steady flow and directional entering.

The foams rise to the stable zone, from the enriched foams, flowing by itself through the downflow weir to the trough.

Another part of ore pulp flow to the down part of the impeller, after the stir of the impeller, retempering to be mineralized bubble, and the remaining flow to the next trough until it become the tailings.
