Chinese injection molding machine details.

You should specify what is

the best flow rate possible ( not the catalog data) , sheet size

specified by you 1.3 x 0.9 m; the thickness is missing.

To get minimum

warp part, the hold pressure has to be balanced while the material

freezes.

The plastic part in China is curving that means the areas where

the injection mold ribs are is hot.

Have you ensured sufficient cooling

in the moving half as placing the channels in rib area might be

difficult.

I am not sure what rib structure you have used within China.

If the orientation greatly differs, the warpage would be more.

I suggest

you perform a correct plastics flow analysis to determine the

predominant cause for warpage.

I would also suggest you to desist from

providing reverse curve on the Chinese injection mold as with changed

molding/ material conditions, the permanent change on the injection mold

can not be repaired.

My advise is to first go to the root cause and then

find the solution.
