Our “cut to length line series†can be used for the metal coil,
through uncoiling, leveling, length then cut into desirable length and
at last flat sheet and stack.
It can be widely application to process
all types of metal materials , such as , cold- rolled and hot- rolled
carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and coated
material ext.
Production line mainly consists of feeding car, uncoiler, leveler, feeding mechanism, shears, transport equipment, stacking devices and other components.
The production line also can be attached slitting machine, cut into the required width of the sheet fixing length and stacking.
