Ideal for conveying sintered ores, cokes, soda ash, chemical fertilizer, slag and foundry.
It can resist high temperature.
The rubber compound used in the cover has been designed to avoid premature aging due to contact with any source of heat.
Heat resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types according to working temperature range: HRT- 1 ≤ 100°C, HRT- 2≤ 125°C, HRT- 3≤ 150°C.

Rubber conveyor belts are mainly based on EP/CC/NN fabrics for flat conveyor belt, chevron conveyor belt, sidewall conveyor belt, endless conveyor belt, cold/heat resistant conveyor belt, oil/chemical resistant conveyor belt.
Its width is from 300mm to 7000mm, tensile strength from 8Mpa to 24Mpa.
We manufacture on DIN 22102, RMA, AS 1332, SABS 1173/2000, IS 1891, BS 490, JIS K 6322, etc standards.
Rubber Hoses are mainly based on DIN EN 853SN/ SAE 100 RAT, ST/A; DIN EN 857 SC; DIN EN856; DIN EN 854; DIN EN855; Textile reinforced hose R3, R4, R5, R6 and LPG hose, Steam Rubber Hose, Twin line hose, delivery hose and suction hose, Rotary Drilling Hose.
Hammer Unions are from FIG100 to FIG2202, all they can exchanged with FMC and WECO s unions.
We mainly export the unions along with our drilling hoses.
OEM is available for items above.
