ZJ-YAA series are general purpose, double shut off, quick disconnects
that can be used in a wide spectrum of applications.
They have poppet
valves and manual sleeves.
The manual ball locking mechanism requires
two-handed operation to retract the sleeve for connection or
disconnection.
Coupling bodies are steel with zinc and clear trivalent
chromate plating (hexachromium free).
The coupler sleeve and nipple body
are hardened to resist damage from Brinelling and mechanical shock.
Available in body sizes 1/4 inch to 2 inch with pipe thread (ZG) and
straight thread (G) as standard end configurations.
ZJ-YAA Series Couplings comply with industry standard ISO 7241-1, Series A.
ZJ-YAA quick coupling features:
1 - Poppet valves are available to prevent uncoupled leakage.
2 - Poppet valves open automatically when coupled, within rated working pressure, to keep the flow expeditely.
3 - Critical parts are hardened for durability.
4 - Secured ball-locking mechanism holds the two matchable parts together.
5 - Socket and plug are precision machined from solid bar stock.
6 - ZJ-YAA quick coupling series comply to the standard of ISO7241-1A.
Compatible with PARKER 6600 Series, FASTER ANV Series, AEROQUIP 5600 Series and HANSEN HA 15000 Series.
