M J T PARTNERS HOME REGENERATION PROGRAMME.
The Home Regeneration programme is run by members and members alone, apart from the buying of property, there is a team that solely go out and look at propertys that can be developed in to a suitable home for someone who is starting out buying a home, these homes are either repossessions or homes that need a lot of repair so they are sold very cheap at auctions. The programme employ 10 staff who range from plumbers to plasters and from electrians to labours and last of all the property management team.
Each member pays a sum of £50.00 per month in to the programme which at the end of the year that member gets a dividend of the propertys sold
