Sichuan Nanhua Industrial Co., Ltd is one of the largest textile enterprises in Southwest China with registered fund 7.5 million Yuan Renminbi, and fixed assets over 131 million Yuan Renminbi, holding factories of Dazhou Nanhua Printing&Dyeing Co., Ltd, Sichuan Dayin Yichuan Textiles Co., Ltd, Nanhua Chenggao Chemical Plant along with Chongqing, Nanchong and Kunming branch companies among which, Dazhou Nanhua Printing&Dyeing Co., Ltd founded in 1988 is one of the large printing&dyeing factory in Southwest China，grows out of the former Sichuan Dazhou Profectural Printing&Dyeing Mill and has set up its branches and offices in Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Nanchong and etc. The company was authorized the national import&export business scope in Mar., 2001.
Main business scope: Textile chemicals, yarn, fabric printing&dyeing, international trade, etc. The yearly output in 2001reached over 350 million Yuan Renminbi, profit and tax succeeded over 55 million Yuan Renminbi.
The company headoffice is locating in the center of the Chengdu City, the bridgehead of the development of the western area of P.R.China, enjoys convenient airlines, railways and highways radiating in all directions.
Dazhou Nanhua Printing&Dyeing Co., Ltd is situating in the domestically well-known flax base – Dazhou City where Chengdu Dazhou Railway meets with Xiangfan Chongqing Railway, enjoys very convenient tranfic conditions.
The company, with total investment more than Reminbi 63 million Yuan, holds complete sets of perfect facilities, i.e., one printing production line with 12 sets of equipment, two rolling dyeing lines 180, 160, totally over 80 sets of various imported and advanced domestic printing&dyeing processing equipment in which there exists MBK185 Cylinder Screen Printing Machine and Steam Ager imported from Germany, Preshrinking Machine made by Italy, Photoing, Continous Lighting, Meshing Equipment from Japan with a sery of advanced processing capability of singeing, bleaching, mercerizing, washing, dyeing, printing about 300 pattern design of all kinds and specifications of cotton, linen, polyester, vinylon and rayon cotton, etc. The annual output can reach more than 30 million metres.
With the solid technical forces, high managing level, complete productive methods, advanced inspection and test equipment, the company has the capability of processing the sophisticated, high-grade products and promoting the renewal of the products. More than 70% of the products are sold far into many countries and areas, i.e., USA, Japan, Europe, Hongkong and Macao, Southeast Asia and Africa, etc., are deeply welcome by the clients. Among which, the pure Linen and Cotton With Linen fabrics are particularly the consumers’ favorites when are sold to South Korean and Japanese market.
Sichuan Dayin Yichuan Textiles Co., Ltd is located in Dayin Count of Shuinin City of Sichuan Province. Daxian Chengdu Railway and Chengdu Nanchong Expressway across Dayin County Boundary. with total investment more than Reminbi 60 million Yuan Renminbi, the company is commanding over 400 sets of combing and Carding Yarn Ring Spun Equipment. The annual output of yarn reaches over 1500 tons in nearly 100 varieties. More than 70% of the products are sold far into many countries and areas, i.e., South America, Europe, Hongkong and Macao, Southeast Asia and Africa, etc. The special products, pure Linen and Cotton With Line, are perennially exported to Japan and South Kore.
Sichuan Nanhua Chenggao Chemical Plant is the special textile and printing&dyeing auxiliary plant subordinated by Sichuan Nanhua Industrial Co., Ltd.,is located in beautiful Sichuan Hairong Silk Fabric Mill beside Jiusan Highway, east of Chengdu City.
In the beginning of the founding, Chenggao Chemical Plant technically cooperated with German Hangao Spa and USA Daokongnin Co.,applied the foreign advanced technology and raw material for producing the auxiliary with leading level.
The Plant owns various caldrons, stainless steel pots and mixers, has perfect equipment for feeding, discharging, packing and hoisting, has been allocated expert chemical engineer and textile printing&dyeing engineer to perform the site production and quality control. All the ex-works products are strictly inspected.
Chenggao Chemical Plant can produce CG Sery Auxiliary for pigment meshing printing and pasting,spotting,refining, lotion, Osmosis and the auxiliary for mellowing, debubbling, and sliding solvent, textile emulsion, etc with best quality, reasonal price.
Chenggao Chemical Plant now has already developed as a industrial firm incorporated research, development, production, sales and service.
