Iris 255 Wire Rope Grease - China

Introduction

IRIS- 255 is the high quality grease lubricant refined by the high quality colophony, antirust, lubricant, stabilizer and the coupler and it has good adhesive force, lubricating ability, antirust effect and high dropping point.

It contains no asphalt.

Application

It can be used in very wide fields, which applies to the lubricant protection of wire rope and colt core in cranes, engineering machinery, harbor machinery, elevator, mine machinery ( except Koepe friction pulley cables) , and fishing.

It also can be used in a wide range of temperatures, from - 40℃ to +80℃ .

It can substitute for NYROSTEN T55- 13- 20510.

Characteristics

1 - The strong adherence can significantly reduce splashing and dropping oil of the wire rope during the high- speed movement.

2 - The good lubricating ability can always keep the wire rope and braid rope in a good lubrication condition.

3 - The good antirust property can effectively prolong the life of the wire rope.

4 - It can be used for wire ropes of various applications in wide temperature range because of its high universality.

Packaging and Storage

The general packing is 200L standard steel barrels.
