The single layer die head designing flow channel with low- pressure could produce 30- 60kg/ h, and control film thickness tolerances within 7- 8﹪ .
HDPE& LDPE can be used in one mold as well.
Design complete set selected compatibleitems to assess, make sure client output demand qty and blow up ratio at the best extent.
Die Diameter: Monolayer die head with die cap outside diameters Ø200 mm, die head with diameters from Ø30 mm to Ø 100 mm
