This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation. QUOTES ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not
be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Best Value RFQ using Simplified
Acquisition Procedures under the Test Program at Subpart 13.5. PLEASE NOTE:
THIS REQUIREMENT MUST BE DELIVERED AND/OR SETUP A T THE DOC, 1676 EVANS ST,
BLDG 1220, FORT CARSON, CO NOT LATER THAN 1200 MST, JANUARY 29, 2007. The
Government intends to coordinate and conduct site visets to those entities
whoes quotes are reasonable, and award to the responsible offeror(s) whose
offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be the most advantageous
to the government based on the best value. Offers to this RFQ will be
evaluated based on Availability and quality of the requested requirement and
Price considerations with all factors being equal. This solicitation
document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 2004-25. The following clauses and provisions
