Suppliers capable of producing/supplying the Government must include
documentation such as test results, copy of prior purchase order(s) if the
supplier produced the item. The supplier must demonstrate that the supplier
can, in fact, supply the Army with units that will be physically and
functionally interchangeable with the units from previous suppliers. Suppliers
may find obsolescence issues with certain items. In that case, suppliers
should have response to such a problem. Successful supplier may be req uired
to warrant that these items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for
the purpose intended by the Army. A technical data package defining the
manufacture and acceptance of this item is available from the Army. Some
minimal errors may be emb edded in the drawing package. Responding suppliers
are asked to indicate their size status in relation to the applicable NAICS
