Provide and Install Lateral Wheel Line Systems (including 6 movers) per following specifications. Specifications: Six (6) lateral roll wheel line systems must consist of the following: One (1) @ 920' Two (2) @ 1200' Three (3) @ 1240' -Heavy duty framed twin rail movers (15' frame) with two internal mounting and reinforcing struts. Steel to be .120 thick. Unit designed to include 10cc hydrostatic pump driven hydraulic orbit motor system. Hydraulic fluid reservoir in the frame. The mover shall be equipped with an 8 horsepower or better overhead valve engine (with a low oil safety shutoff) pre-assembled as power unit to the pump. Axles to be 8.5' in length. -Torque tubes shall be 5" diameter. Torque couplers shall have gear tooth face and internal chevron gasket drains, as well as external flapper drains. Couplers should be cast of 356.1 alloy, T6 heat treated , with heavy duty locking clamp and press bands. -Seven foot wheels (for 60' sets). Wheels shall include rims of 16 gauge, G90 galvanized steel, as well as heavy duty hubs, cleats and spokes. Spokes to be coated with corrosion resistant yellow zinc. -Self leveling, single nozzle impact style sprinklers w/ galvanized elbows (Rainbird 30H or equivalent). -Flow control nozzles (orifice to be provided later). -In-line screens -20' wheel line hose assemblies and hardware to connect to 4" stub valves -minimum of two wind braces per line -drainable end plugs -dual wheels at each end of wheel lines.
