The Boston VA Medical Center is searching for a vendor to provide the following services on an as needed basis. Vendor chosen may need to service all three Boston VA Medical Center locations(Boston, West Roxbury and Brockton Mass). The vendor selected will be required to provide service as needed on the following pieces of office equipment: Swintec Typewriters Sharp Faxes Cannon Faxes PannaFax Xerox Faxes Panasonic Faxes HP Printers IBM Faxes Swintec Calculators Simplex and Rapid Print Time Stamp Machines Cannon Patient Numbering Machines Signature Machines Rough count of each type of Office Equipment in house: All Faxes: 600 count All typewriters: 250 count HP Printers: 150 count Swintec Calculators: 25 count Signature Machines: 10 count Numbering Machines: 10 count Time Stamp Machines: 50 Please note that this list may not be all-inclusive and very well may change due to the hospital's changing needs. Vendor will be required to submit evidence of what types of models and brands he/she can service. Vendor will also need to submit cost/pricing information and identify whether or not invoicing will be submitted as a fixed monthly fee or on a per visit basis. We are seeking sources to potentially enter into a contract for the period March 2007- September 2007 with the potential for 2 option year renewals thereafter.
