THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR
EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES
THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN
SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is a Request for
Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in
effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-13. *** The associated
North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this
procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $12,000,000.
This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns as required by
FAR 19.502-2. Installation of Closed Circuit Television System at the New
York State Armory, 68 Lexington Ave., NY, NY. Performance Period: 30
calendar days after notice to proceed. Statement of Work as follows; 1.
Provide and install 3 exterior cameras, fixed mounted, in
environmental housings to include heater/blower. Color capable, camera can
switch to B\W under low light situations. 2. Camera shall be mounted at the
front corners of the building with one facing the front entrance and the other
two facing down the adjacent streets. Mounting height shall be no lower than
10. 3. Camera lens shall be 5-7.5mm auto iris DC adjustable view for exterior
cameras. 4. Provide and install 2 discrete dome cameras for the front door
entrance. Lens range should be calculated for area size. 5.
Provide and install a Digital Video Recorder, 16 camera input min.,
320GB storage, LAN enable, with software. 6. Monitors, color, 3,17veiwable
screen, locations TBD by Superintendent or OIC&C. 7. Camera power supplies
to accommodate requested camera units. 8. Provide and install cabling
and connections to each unit in a discretionary manner. 9. Programming
and training as needed for operation. A one (1)-page drawing is available for

applies to this solicitation and prevailing wages are required to be paid as

www.ccr.gov. ***Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote offers the
best value to the Government with price being the only factor considered. The
Government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation
