Health (NIH) and has the following requirementSCOPE:

? Test entire Intrusion Security System at Warehouse
? Test entire CCTV Systems at Warehouse and at the Bethesda Campus
(Bldgs 10 & 31)
? Test entire Ups System at Campus building 10
? Test entire Aiphone Systems at Warehouse and at the Bethesda Campus
(Bldg 10)
? Test All Signals with the Central Station
? Replace devices as necessary (Devices damaged by fault of others are
not covered)
? Monitor Two Security panels ? One at warehouse and One at bldg 10.
? Make Adjustments as necessary
? Clean All Systems
? Tighten All Connections
? Check Wiring

Included (New Work and Upgrades at Warehouse):

INTRUSION
? Upgrade intrusion system
? Furnish and Install One new Vista 128
? Furnish and Install One new keypad
? Furnish and Install Five PE?s (beams)
? Re-use existing devices that are necessary
? Cable and misc. material

CCTV
? Replace 4 fixed cameras with 4 PTZs

? Furnish and Install One Display to monitor Feed and Bedding & Warehouse

Concerns that respond to this synopsis shall furnish concise responses
directed specifically to the requirements mentioned above and are invited to
submit proposal and/or capability statements in an Original Plus Two (2) no
later than ten (10) business days from the date of this announcement, December
22, 2006, due in COB Jan. 05, 2007.
Written responses shall include complete description of services to be
provided, containing sufficient technical information to permit agency
analysis to establish bona fide capability to meet the stated requirements as
