This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply and/or
service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested
and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote
(RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VUSM7219AG01. The 6th Contracting
Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires the following: Sentinel
Surveilance/Intrusion & Video System. The solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 2005-20 effective 6 September 2007, DFAR DCN 20070906,
and AFFAR AFAC 20070823. Fed Biz Ops Numbered Notes per FAR Part 5.207-13
(e) Apply: 29. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS)
is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The Standard
Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3669, Motion detectors, security system,
manufacturing. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Service Disable
Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. A firm fixed price contract will be
awarded. All interested parties must bid on all items.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

CLIN 0001: (1 Ea) IDS Sentinel-V4Q, 4 Camera Digital Video
Monitoring/Recording & Alarm Monitoring, Part No. IDS-V4Q-SM1

Includes the following: (1ea) Dell Dimension ATG with 14in LCD, 80GB HD,
DVD=/-RW Drive, (1ea) Z1600 Alarm Moniitoring Software- up to 100 Sensors,
(1ea) Video Monitoring & Recording Software, (1ea) PNL-033 900MHz Alarm
Receiver, (1ea) PNL-4Q 4 Channel Video Encoder w/BNC/LEMO Power/Video, (8ea)
Magnetic Door/Window Sensors, (4ea) Indoor PIR Motion Sensors, (2ea)
Waterproof Panic Pendant, (1ea) Mounts, Cables, Power Supplies and accessories;

CLIN 0002: (4 Ea) Video Extension, Part No. IDSA-PVX-C560

Includes the following: (1ea) Wireless Covert Camera with dual power
transmitters (1.2 or 2.4GHz), 4 channel receiver and battery or 12VDC
operation (two of the four listed above wireless cameras will be in covert
enclosures with power save mode;

CLIN 0003: (1 Ea) Microviewlock II video scarmbling, for PVX analog wireliss
vedio systems, Part No. MVL-II/INST;

CLIN 0004: (1 Ea) IP Video Extension, Part No. IDSA-C561-SNC25

Includes the following: (1ea) Sony SNC-RZ25 PTZ IP camera and 900MHz IP vedio
transmitter/receiver with IP switch;

CLIN 0005: (1 Ea) IP Video Extension, Part No. IDSA-C561-211

Includes the following: (1ea) Axis 211 IP camera and 900MHz IP vedio
transmitter/receiver with IP switch;

CLIN 0006: (1 Ea) IP Video Extension, Part No. IDSA-C561-207

Includes the following: (1ea) Axis 207 IP camera and 900MHz IP video
transmitter/receiver with IP switch;

This requirement is for a Brand Name or Equal. Any or Equal proposal will be
forwarded to the customer to determine if it is technically acceptable.
Award will be made to the quotation which offers the best value to the
government. Multiple awards may be accomplished if any items are
determined to be unbalanced. The Government also reserves the right to
make no award at all.
