accordance with the format in far Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a
small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested
and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number
M67400-08-t-0092 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This
solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in
effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13 and Defense Acquisition

and low-voltage compartments shall be separated by steel isolating barriers
extending the full height and depth of the compartments. B. Compartment

terminal, and with removable ground strap. 5. The insulating liquid shall be
less flammable per nfpa 70 and fm P7825, having a fire point not less than 300
degrees c per astm d 92 and dielectric strength not less than 33 kV per astm d
877. The fluid shall be a biodegradable insulating and cooling liquid, ul
classified and fm approved as "less-flammable" fluid, meeting the following
properties: a. Pour point: astm d 97, less than minus 15 degrees c. B.
Aquatic biodegradation: epa 712-c-98-075, 100%. C. Trout toxicity: oecd test
203, zero mortality of epa 600/4-90/027F, pass. 6. Pcb content: the
manufacturer must certify that the transformer does not contain any pcb's.
There is to be no detectable level of pcb's at a detection limit of less than
0.1 (zero point one) ppm. This limit is a jegs (japan environmental governing
standards) requirement that applies to marine corps bases japan. An acceptable
standard test method is astm D4059. 7. Nameplate: ieee C57.12.00 and with "pcb
content data (less than 0.1 ppm)" and "manufacturer's name and type of fluid".
