N -- Sources Sought of Qualified Small Business Concerns for an Audio/video Equipment(s) and Audio/V (OB1961057) (2007-12-11)

The General Services Administration, Northeast and Caribbean Region is seeking
qualified small businesses that are interested in the following requirement as
a result of this market survey:

Installation of new equipment and associated services for the following
telecommunications project : (1). Voice and Data Cabling Systems; (2). Audio -
Visual Systems (Audio Systems, Video Systems, Media Control Systems, &
Projection Screens); (3). Commssioning, as part of the modernization effort of
the existing Emanuel Celler Courthouse, U.S. District Court, 225 Cadman Plaza
East, Brooklyn, NY. The Celler building consist of a structure of approximately
124,000 square foot. An estimated project range amount for this effort is
between $1.25M to $2.0M.

To qualify for this effort, a small business concern must answer and reply to
the attached qualification questionnaire form, and be graded with a score
ranging in the upper 20 percentile on a 180 point grading scheme. The
completed form must be submitted no later than close of business (5:00 PM local

The Government is not obligated to make an award as a result of this survey.
The Government only wishes to secure a list of potential offers that are small
business concerns that can qualify to perform the above effort. If an adequate
amount of qualified small business concerns is realized, a solicitation maybe
released for this effort, and further qualifications will be required from the
those concerns who have been previously qualified as a result of the this
market survey.
