The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL intends to solicit on the basis of a limited competition for the purchase of nineteen (19) each AGC200C Audio Interface and Conversion Circuit Card Assemblies Part Number 426-7621882-1 manufactured by NMS Communications Inc. of Framingham, MA 01702 as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This specific brand of circuit card is required because these items are to be placed in inventory as spare parts pending issue to the Fleet as replacement items for the AGC2000C circuit cards used in the LCAC communications suite and all parts design and specifications are approved for Navy use to meet existing systems compatibility. To ensure operational capability and compatibility with existing it is necessary for these items to remain NMS Communications brand. The competition will be limited to the OEM or OEM authorized distributors ? resellers. The Government intends to award one purchase ord! er using simplified acquisition procedures. Delivery will be the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS: 541512. PSC: 5998. SBA size standard: $23M. Award will be base on written quotation. Anticipated award date will be on or about March 25, 2008.
