accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announce constitutes the only
solicitation; quotes are bein g requested and a written solicitation will not
be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-06-T-M104. This acquisition is
issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throu gh Federal
Acquisition Circular 2005-07. The North American Industry Classification
System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 541710. The Eisenhower Army
Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia 30905-5000, has a requirement for TWO
BioRobot EZ1 Robotic Wo rkstation for, easy automated purification of nucleic
acids. System includes installation and set up of applications as noted and
installation of the protocol, testing of the protocol, and backup of system
software and protocol. Please include shipping c ost and date of shipment.
The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement. The
items shall be delivered to the Eisenhower Army Medical Center , Medical Supply
Officer, ATTN: Mr. Stephen Billman, Bldg 300 East Hospital Road, Fort Gordon,
Georgia, 30905-5000 as soon as possible after receipt of order. The provisions
at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, apply to this
acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror
