procure, deliver, and install ONE (1)Air-Cooled Chiller; 100 Ton, 460/60/3
Voltage, 15% mininum load, 102.3 tons at 45F LWT and 95 F ambient; 9.8 minimum
EER, 214 unit MCA; 250 maximum fuse 250; recommended dual element fuse 250; Unit
has 4" grooved pipe inlet and outlet connections on evaporator. Unit dimensions:
16'2 1/2L 7'4 3/16 W 7 31/2 H. A seperate 115 V, 15 amp circuit must be supplied
for evaporator heat tape. Air-cooled chiller accessories to include: flow
switch, UL/CUL approval, rubber -in shear isolators, deluxe controls with
communications interface capability, low ambient controls factory installed for
operation to -10 F, factory installed coil guards, factory installed control
power transformer, startup/checkouts/ 5 yr parts/labor/refrigerant
warranty/emergency service and owner instructions
