The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Western New York Healthcare System intends to negotiate with Siemens Medical Systems of Needham Heights, MA for full service maintenance/repair of Government-owned Siemens camera systems. The contractor shall be required to provide all parts (hardware and software updates), labor, travel, unlimited technical and applications phone support, diagnostic software license, semi annual preventive maintenance (provided on "off hours"), and image quality maintenance, Mon-Fri, 8:00am- 5:00pm. Systems equipment consists of Siemens ZLC 3700 Dot W/Digitrac nuclear camera, the detector dot terminal ETC/PHS micro dot imager, video I/F for micro dot, ECG amplifier magnifier rotator, ICON AP MAC 11FX hi res. color monitor 19", 650 MB EXT W/R optical disk, CD ROM drive hi res. video color printer (1755235) ICON P MAX II FX hi res. color monitor 16". Maintenance excludes broken crystals due to mechanical or thermal shock, consumables, laser camera, and accessories. The contract will be for and up to one year due to expected replacement of equipment. NAICS 811211.
