requirement for 1 each ZetaPALS Zeta Potential Analyzer for collodial
suspensions and specifications are as follows: 35 m W solid state laser,
conductance, pH, and temperature sensors, uses Phase Analysis Light Scattering
to measure the average mobility and zeta potential in high salts, in organic
solvents, in oils, the average is not distorted by diffusion broadening (thus
very small particles, if the scattering is sufficient, yield electrophoretic
mobilities and zeta potentials), lncludes the BI-Zeta option which allows the
measurement of mobility distributions and determination of zeta potential
distributions using electrophoretic light scattering, and internal system
consist s of Pentium IV Celeron CPU, 2.4GHz w 100MHz FSB, 512MB of RAM, 80GB
Enhanced IDE Hard Drive, 3 1/2 inch 1.44MB Floppy Drive, CD-RW,SVGA color
graphics, 15 inch Color Flat Panel Monitor, 2 Serial ports, 1 Parallel port, 2
USB ports, 10/100 Mbps LAN connect or, Keyboard, Mouse, 200w Power Supply,
Windows XP installed, and Color Inkjet Printer. Options are 1 each BI-MAS
Particle sizing option (equivalent to 90Plus), 1 each BI-LTX92 Reference
colloid; 92 nm latex for particle sizing, 1 each BI-ZR3 Zeta potenti al
reference manual, 1 each BI-SREL Electrode assembly for aggressive organic
solvents and glass/quartz cells, 1 each BI-ELECCK Electrode cleaning kit with
wand and polishing strips, and 1 each BI-APD Avalanche Photo-diode high
sensitivity (HS) detector fo r smaller particles. The manufacturer of this
