This procurement will be Unrestricted. The estimated value of this acquisition
for the base period with all options is $178,000,000.00. The North American
Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561210.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools,
material, vehicles, and equipment required to perform facility investment
services for all facilities at the Washington Navy Yard, the Naval Research
Laboratory, Naval Station Anacostia, National Naval Medical Center Bethesda,
Naval Support Facility Naval Observatory, Naval Support Facility Arlington and
various other locations within 100 mile radius of the National Capital
Region. The Contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, alteration,
demolition and minor construction for the following, including but not limited
to: Building and Structures, Maintenance, Interior and exterior finishes,
Plumbing (includes backflow prevention devices (certified personnel
required)),Oil Separators, Roofs, Roof Drains, Gutters, and Downspouts,
Electrical, Structural, Relamping, Locksmithing Building Systems, HVAC
including associated control systems, Clinical Compressed Gas Systems (Air,
Oxygen, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, etc.),Clinical Vacuum Systems, Compressed Air
Systems, Building Radiators, Window Air conditioning Units, Automatic door
maintenance and repair Miscellaneous, Emergency Generator Systems, Lint
Screens, Acid Neutralization Systems, Deionization Water Systems. In addition,
the contractor shall perform Snow and Ice Removal at the Naval Research
Laboratories and swimming pool maintenance at the Naval Research Laboratories
and the National Naval Medical Center Bethesda.
