included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;
proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Description: 100% Set-aside for Small Business. Water Recycling System with
machine mounted centrifical feed pump installed, specifications: 1-55 gallon
drum coagulant; 1-55 gallon drum oxidizer; 1-55 gallon drum PH; Installation,
plumbing and electrica installed by contractor; associated freight/delivery
charges. Wand Type 1 Bay Self Service Car-Wash, specifications: Pumping
Equipment, all stainless steel construction; removable pump assemblies; 5.0
GPM/1500 PSI; regulators; stainless steel belt guards; 5 HP 3 Phase Motor; V-
belt & pulley, dual belts Optional; high and low pressure gauge; pre-wired &
pre-plumbed; low voltage electric panels; fused transformers; freeze prevention
system for wands only; open access to all systems; 6 compartment stainless
steel tank with lid; automatic chemical mixers; foaming brush with air
compressor; tire cleaning system; presoak system; energy efficient cold water
rinse; E.T.L. Approved. Bay Accessories: 360 Degree stainless steel spring
boom; trigger gun; flex barrel; stainless steel spray tips; master menu sign;
stainless steel wand holder; brush with aluminmum plastic coated handle; 180

Service requires a firm-fixed price contract for the provision of the items
shown above and the installation of these items at Guadalupe Mountains National
Park, Texas. The NAICS code for this project is 811192 and the small business
size standard is $6.5 million. This procurement is a Request for Proposal and
is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12,
Acquisition of Commercial Items. This procurement is offered as 100% Set-aside
for Small Business, and the National Park Service encourages the participation
of disadvantaged and women-owned business enterprises. The provision at 52.212-
