The U.S. Army Aviation Missile Command intends to purchase the following under AMCOM Express Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W31P4Q-05-A-0024, Task Order Number 0031 with CAS, Inc., Huntsville, AL: Unmanned Aircraft Sys tems Independent Assessment Panel/Subject Matter Experts for a period of performance through 2011. The Independent Assessment Panel expertise is not available from GSA schedule sources. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive propos als. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 8 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A dete rmination by the Government not to compete this proposed task order modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether t o conduct a separate competitive procurement.
