This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the purchase of commercial items,
prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction
with FAR 13.5, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information
included in this no tice. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation. Solicitation number W912L5-07-T-0003 is applicable and is
issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated
provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisi tion
Circular. Requirement is 100% Unrestricted. The NAIC code is 325998, SIC
code 5084. Brand name or equal is applicable. Destination pricing required.
The location for delivery is the AASF, 33 Corporate Circle, New Castle,
Delaware 19720. Award wo uld be based on lowest price, technically
acceptable. Delivery shall be made within 30 days or less after receipt of
order (ARO). If quoting an equivalent item, please email the description with
specifications of the item you are quoting. The Contractin g Officer will
evaluate equal products on the basis of information furnished by the quote or
identified in the quote and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer.
The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any
information not identified in the quote. The description of the commercial
item is Clin 0001 Magnaflux machine (parts inspection machine offers maximum
magnetization for finding surface and sub-surface defects while using minimal
power) model D-2060R, 1 each, 6000 amp FWDC 3 phase machine with 12 coil, 2
outputs UV lamp & hood assembly and built in demag 220/460v. Clin 0002 MX-28
Penetrant inspection system (semiautomatic wash w/manual touch up). 1 each,
water washable w/rotary wash 15d tanks that are 16 x 33 on t op. Upgraded
thermostat w/wire rack for dwelling, (6) baskets for part processing, fan
cooled blacklight over rinse station. Dryer has 4000 watts. Delivery shall
made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). If quoting an
