Seeking qualifications of vendors capable of supplying and installing the
following components in an exisiting Crestron CCTV system: (1) Sony-brand 40-
inch HD LCD Monitor, model no. FWD40LX2F - qty. 6 (2) Sony-brand matched
stereo speakers set, model no. SS20 - qty. 6 (3) Low-Profile wall mount w/
tilt-lock features for HDTV units - qty. 6 (4) Lot of VGA-HR and AV cables
required for hook-up - qty. 6 (5) Sony-brand DVD/VHS Combination Units with TV
Tuner & IR Remote, model no. SLVD370P [Note: Existing camera, DVD unit & feed
from Control Room] - qty. 6 (6) Installation of system identified in Items (1)
to (5) above, to include removal of equipment/components being replaced, set-
up and installation of new components, integration of new system into existing
Control Room/Crestron system, and testing and nec essary adjustments thereof
to assure for full operation of system (7) There will be a Contractor Manpower
Reporting (CMR) requirement in connection with this procurement Interested
parties are asked to provide a brief statement of qualifications to perform
under this contract, including (a) size of business and all applicable
designations (e.g., small business, large business, 8(a), HUBZone, service-
disabled veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business, etc.), (b)
geographical location of business, (c) statement as to whether the party has
made prior sales to or performed prior work/services at the U.S. Military
Academy and (d) statement as to whether the party is currently registered in
the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and
Certifications Application (ORCA) websites. Please note that another Sources
Sought Notice has been posted to FedBizOpps this day for purchase of Crestron
components for this same CCTV system under Solicitation Number W911SDCRESTRON
